These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of FASTARZ‘s Website. 

By signing up in FASTARZ, We assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. 

So, Do not continue to use FASTARZ‘s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

SERVICING: 

FASTARZ gives you a virtual Turkish address, and a locker in our warehouse in Istanbul.

You can send the packages you buy to this private address.Then FASTARZ team will take them to the delivery address according to your instructions.

As a FASTARZ member, You are responsible to pay all costs such as taxes, customs taxes, service fees, transport fees.

FASTARZ provides you with an estimated delivery time which are based on average times not guarantees.

PRICING:

1. Your items are stored in our warehouse at no charge for a period of 90 days. 
2. After 90 days, you will be billed a storage fee at a rate of 3$/Day. 
3. After consolidating your items, if it is not shipped with in 7 Days, you will be billed a storage fee at a rate of 7$/Day.
4. Parcels that have been packed and not shipped within 30 Days it will be abandoned. Unfortunately abandoned parcels will be disposed of and cannot be recovered.
5. If you have done a pack request and you want to add extra shipments to it you can. If your pack request had been executed prior to your adding request, you will be charged a fee of (7$). But if it your request has not been executed you will not be charged.
6. If you have done a pack request and you want to cancel it you can. . If your pack request had been executed prior to your adding request, you will be charged of a fee (10$), but if your request has not been executed you will not be charged.
7. Abandoned parcels will be disposed of and cannot be recovered. 
8. Your package delivery fees will be calculated according to the volume or weight of the package. Exceeding packages will be charged.

FASTARZ  services and obligations begin when your item is physically delivered to our warehouse at the address specified on your account. We are not responsible for items not delivered to our warehouse for any reason.

When you do an order, FASTARZ is not responsible if it was missing some items. If you would like to know if something is missing or not before shipping your parcel, you can request to unpack the package from your account.

FASTARZ is not responsible for any loss or damage, arising out of special risks associated with land transportation in your country.

Before shipping your items, you must enter a customs description and customs value for each item in your outgoing shipment. You are responsible for ensuring that the values and descriptions are complete and accurate. Fastarz will in no case be responsible for delays, damages, or penalties caused by inaccurate customs declarations.

FASTARZ gives you a Lifetime Free subscription. But the user requires to use their right of cancellation.

CANCELLATION:

In case of membership cancellation, The user has the right to demand the sending of the packages up to the last day of their membership.

Account Terms:

1. You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
2. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
3. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
5. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
6. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
7. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your country (including but not limited to copyright laws).
8. Although we may provide translations of content on our web sites or Services for convenience, where conflicts exist, the English text will be considered definitive.

REGISTERATION:

1. You must register using your real name, address, email address and telephone number.
2. We will not use this information for any purpose other than providing shipping services to you. Your information will never be sold to another party.
3. If we have reason to believe that any information provided is untrue or incomplete, we reserve the right to close your account or limit your account access until such discrepancy is corrected.
4. We may send occasional informational emails regarding our service. You can opt out of these emails through your account settings.

Your FASTARZ membership starts with acceptance of this agreement and signing up.
